Entry workflows
The guard enters the household reference and the system surfaces access status, payment standing, and any active gate passes in real time.
Residents generate a gate pass via the WhatsApp bot. The visitor presents the pass code at the gate. Access is granted instantly with no phone calls required.
Unannounced visitors are logged as pending. Residents can create a pass remotely to resolve the hold, or call the gate directly.
Every entry and exit is logged digitally. Management receives a daily Anomaly Report identifying any guard who logs suspiciously low numbers, surfacing potential negligence before it becomes a security incident.
Personnel accountability is as important as resident security. The platform includes a complete HR module for estate staff.
Store NIN verification records, guarantor information, home addresses, and next of kin for every guard, cleaner, and admin. Every staff member is verified against government identity records during onboarding.
Know exactly who worked, when they clocked in, and when they clocked out. Every shift change is logged digitally and attributed to a named guard.
