Entry Workflow
Residents
The gateman enters details of the residence and the system intelligently relays information to check the accessibility.
Pre-Authorized Visitors
Residents generate a 6-digit code via our dedicated Whatsapp Gate Pass Bot. Visitor gives code to gateman. Access granted instantly. No phone calls needed.
Ad-Hoc Visitors
If visitors are unannounced they’re logged as pending; residents can create passes for them or call the gate to resolve the pending status.
The "Digital Tally" & Reporting
Every single entry and exit is logged digitally. Management gets a daily Anomaly Report identifying any guard who logs suspiciously low numbers, helping you catch foul play immediately. We also send comprehensive quarterly reports to estate management.
